专利说明:
The invention relates to a fastening device for fastening a covering means to a working or examination device according to the preamble of claim 1. Basically, it is necessary in many work areas to cover work or examination equipment in order to protect them from contamination. This is all the more true in the medical or therapeutic area. Work and examination equipment for patient contact should be kept sterile here. This is only possible by packing these devices with a sterile cover. This will be explained using the example of a mobile X-ray device. Such an X-ray device is used in many operations and has an arch shape so that it can be brought up to the operating table in such a way that the radiation source sits under the operating table and shines up through the table and patient, so that the upper imaging drum enters X-ray image is created. A reverse arrangement is also conceivable. Since this device is used in the operating room, it should be sterile, which is a task that cannot be solved with this so-called C-arm X-ray device. For this reason, the C-arm has hitherto been covered with a sterile film, that is to say with a covering means that has to be attached to the work or examination device, the mobile X-ray device. The device must remain movable and rotatable, in particular the C-arm is rotated in the holder and the film should remain securely attached to the C-arm, i.e. the frame of the device, if possible. There are now many solutions for this, such as fastening with adhesive tape, Velcro tape or even plastic clips that clip the sterile film onto the frame of the device. However, these solutions cause problems because the film slips and sterility is not guaranteed as a result. If fastening devices in the form of brackets are used, these can slip off the arch, as an added complication is that the work or examination device has an extremely smooth, mostly painted surface. A fastening device known from DE 20 2015 104 257 U1 is designed so that it is designed to be slip-resistant at least in a contact area in which the fastening device comes into contact with the covering means in the state of use and thus rests positively on the work or examination device. At the same time, the attachment can be used universally for the most common devices from different manufacturers, so that a separate cover is not required for each device type. In the specific embodiment, a point is preferably cut out on the fastening device, which is designed as a clamping bracket, at which a piece of PVC or silicone hose is attached. This piece of tubing has a "rubber effect" so that the fastening device and thus also the covering means firmly and positively adheres to the frame of the working or examination device, so that sterility can be easily established on the one hand and reliably guaranteed on the other. Based on this prior art, the present invention seeks to provide a reliable attachment for covering means on work or examination equipment that is easy to attach and yet at the same time allows the best possible protection against accidental displacement in a state of use. This object is achieved by a fastening device having the features of claim 1. Advantageous further developments are the subject of the dependent claims. The features listed individually in the patent claims can be combined with one another in a technologically sensible manner and can be supplemented by explanatory facts from the description and by details from the figures, further embodiment variants of the invention being shown. The fastening device engages around the working or examination device at least in some areas with at least one elastically deformable clamping bracket in a form-fitting manner. This can be done in addition to a force-fit fixing of the fastening device, for example by means of a latching connection. As a result, the fastening device is easy to attach and still offers the best possible protection against accidental displacement. In a particularly advantageous manner, the fastening device can also be securely and reliably fixed to work or examination devices that are designed to be comparatively narrow and thus have a comparatively small contact surface. In addition to the frictional connection that can optionally be produced, the fixation can take place by means of the positive connection. In the state of use, the fastening device preferably engages around the device frame of the working or examination device on more than three sides and / or with a central angle of more than 200 °. This ensures a reliable fixation of the covering means on the device frame and the covering means is largely secured against unintentional loosening and slipping. The fastening device preferably has at least one stopper which is non-destructively reversible, positively, non-positively and / or cohesively connected or connectable to the rest of the fastening device. The contact can be established by means of the stopper. The plugs can optionally be used several times and the fastening device can easily be connected to the plug for assembly purposes. The stoppers can have a rubber-like material and thereby enable a particularly secure fixing of the fastening device to the working or examination device. The at least one stopper is therefore optionally designed to be slip-resistant, whereby an even better fixation can be achieved. According to a preferred alternative, the stopper has at least one fixing means, wherein the covering means can be fixed between the fixing means of the stopper and the rest of the fastening device. The stopper can be attached to an inner surface of the fastening device or can be mounted there, with the covering means being able to be fixed at the same time when the stopper is mounted. For this purpose, the fixing means can have, for example, a collar of the stopper. The covering means can be arranged between the collar and the inside, for example it can be fixed there in a force-fitting and / or form-fitting manner. For the form-fitting fixation, the covering means can have at least one opening for receiving the stopper. The opening can be made as a punching and / or hole in the covering means, the plug protruding through the opening in the assembled state, so that the covering means is thereby secured against slipping. In principle, however, the covering means can also only be punched through by the stopper when the stopper is attached. By means of the collar of the fixing means, a force-fit fixing and / or a seal can also take place. The at least one stopper preferably has the fixing surface that can be brought into contact with the contact surface of the working or examination device. The fixing surface can be designed in the form of a collar collar, with an inner side of the collar collar, as described above, for sealing, non-positive and / or positive fixing of the covering means on the inner side of the fastening device and an upper side of the stopper opposite this forming the fixing surface. For this purpose, the stopper can have a rubber-like material. In the state of use, the fixing surface faces the contact surface of the working or examination device and is possibly in non-slip contact with it. For this purpose, the fixing surface of the stopper is preferably designed to be non-slip, for example by means of the rubber-like material. According to a further exemplary embodiment, the clamping bracket can be designed in a C-shape. As a result, on the one hand, easy assembly by bending open the clamping bracket and, on the other hand, locking or engaging behind the clamping bracket with a frame of the work or examination device. The clamping bracket thus embraces the work or examination device at least in some areas in a form-fitting manner. A particularly secure and reliable fixation of the covering means on the working or examination device is possible as a result. According to a further preferred alternative it is provided that the clamping bracket has two oppositely arranged and curved ends, by means of which the working or examination device can be gripped in a form-fitting manner at least in some areas. The bent ends form locking projections which, when in use, are locked to the working or examination device. The plug is preferably arranged on an inside of the clamping bracket. As a result, it can fulfill two functions, namely the fixation of the covering means on the rest of the fastening device, or on the clamping bracket of the fastening device, and the non-slip contact of the fixing surface of the plug on the contact surface of the working or examination device. It is also conceivable that the inside of the clamping bracket has at least one seat for mounting the plug. The seat can be a simple bore, in particular a blind bore. A press fit can be produced by inserting the plug by means of the bore. As a result, a particularly simple and possibly also reversible assembly of the stopper and thus also of the covering means on the rest of the fastening device or the clamping bracket of the fastening device is possible. It is conceivable to use the clamping bracket and the at least one stopper, preferably a plurality of the plugs, several times. The covering agent, which may have become unsterile, can therefore be exchanged. It is conceivable that the stopper or the plurality of plugs and the at least one clamping bracket can be autoclaved and / or at least chemically disinfected. The at least one clamping bracket, preferably a plurality of clamping brackets, is preferably adapted in shape to an outer contour of the working or examination device, in particular to the shape of the frame of the examination device. In particular, the shape of the clamping bracket of the fastening device can be adapted to the cross section of the device frame. This enables an even better fixation to take place. With the fastening device, the fastening of a cover film as the cover means can thus be carried out in a simple manner. In particular, the cover film can be used as the cover means on a C-arm X-ray device as the work or examination device. Further advantages emerge from the subclaims and the following description of a preferred exemplary embodiment. In the following, the invention is explained in more detail on the basis of an exemplary embodiment shown in the figures. The figures show: FIG. 1 a schematic side view of an uncovered working or examination device; FIG. 2 shows a detailed side view of a clamping bracket and stopper for fastening a covering means to a fastening device for covering the working or examination device shown in FIG. 1; FIG. 3 shows a schematic cross section through a frame of the working or examination device shown in FIG. 1, this being covered by a covering means which is fastened with a fastening device and which engages in a very narrow rotary gap; FIG. 4 shows individual elements of a complete sterile cover having the covering means for a device frame of the working or examination device shown in FIG. 1; FIG. 5 shows the working or examination device shown in FIG. 1 together with the sterile cover shown in FIG. 4, arrows indicating how this can be attached to the device; FIG. 6 shows the side view of the working or examination device shown in FIG. 1, but in the state of use covered by the sterile cover shown in FIG. 4; and FIG. 7 shows the side view shown in FIG. 6, the difference being that the device frame is rotated without impairing the sterile cover. Description of preferred exemplary embodiments The invention will now be explained in more detail by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, the exemplary embodiments are only examples that are not intended to restrict the inventive concept to a specific arrangement. Before the invention is described in detail, it should be pointed out that it is not restricted to the respective components of the device and the respective method steps, since these components and methods can vary. The terms used here are only intended to describe particular embodiments and are not used in a restrictive manner. If the singular or indefinite article is used in the description or in the claims, this also refers to the majority of these elements, unless the overall context clearly indicates otherwise. The figures show a fastening device 1 for fastening a covering means 11 to a work or examination device 10. Such cover means 11 in the form of mostly films, textiles, cloths or fabrics and combinations of these materials must be used in a wide variety of applications on work or examination devices 10 can be attached. Most of the time, it is about protecting the work or examination device from contamination, e.g. also in areas of application in the construction industry. In principle, however, it is also necessary to cover work or examination devices 10, especially in the medical and therapeutic field, in particular when these devices cannot be sterilized without further ado. Purposes for the fastening device explained here arise wherever a covering means has to be reliably fixed on a slippery surface. In the context of this application, the invention is explained on the basis of a preferred area of application, namely on the basis of a work or examination device that is used in particular in operating theaters. In this respect, FIG. 1 shows a mobile X-ray device as a work or examination device 10 with a frame or device frame 1a that has an arch shape. Such a mobile X-ray device is used for many operations, since it can be brought up to the operating table with the arch shape as a C-arm X-ray device. On the operating table, the radiation source is preferably located under the table in a lower part or X-ray generator 1c, which radiates upward through the table and patient, so that an X-ray image is created in an upper part or a camera / image intensifier 1b in the upper imaging drum. It goes without saying that comparable devices which have to be covered in a similar way can also be provided with such a fastening device in order to attach covering means in general and not just sterile films to it. The uncovered mobile X-ray device represents a considerable risk as a germ carrier in the operating room, since it cannot be obtained completely sterile despite its smooth surfaces. For this reason, it is covered with a sterile film that can be disposed of after the respective operation. So that the working and examination device 10 can now remain movable and rotatable, the covering means 11 must rest as closely as possible on the frame or device frame 1a, that is to say on the arch. If it is fastened, e.g. with plastic clips, this leads to the fact that these brackets easily slip off the arch or cover material, since the surface of the device frame 1a is slippery and usually painted. The non-positive connection between the fastening device 1 and the working or examination device 10 is not sufficient to hold the covering means 11 on the device frame 1a. Figures 5 and 6 show the attachment of the cover 11 on the work or examination device 10. The cover 11 consists of several parts, with an end portion 4b is preferably connected to the cover 11. The end section 4b is slipped over the camera 1b and the X-ray generator 1c in FIG. 5 and the covering means 11 is attached to the device frame 1a. It can be seen from FIG. 5 that the covering means 11 is preferably a flat piece of film to which several of the fastening devices 1 are already attached. If the end section 4b is passed over the camera 1b, the fastening devices 1, which are preferably already adapted to the device frame 1a according to their shape, can be fixed on the device frame 1a. These fastening devices are at least one elastically deformable clamping bracket. As soon as the device frame 1a is covered with the covering means 11, the tubular film piece of the covering means 11 ends approximately in the region of the X-ray generator 1c. There the further end section 4b is slipped over the X-ray generator 1c, so that the end area of the covering means 11 is also secured with it. This leads to a “packed” work and examination device according to FIG. 6. In the exemplary embodiment, the fastening device 1 is an elastically malleable clamping bracket 19, as shown in FIGS. It can be seen that the clamping bracket 19 is C-shaped and at least partially engages behind the device frame 1a in a form-fitting manner or is locked to it. More precisely, the clamping brackets 19 of the fastening device 1 in the state of use encompass the device frame 1a of the working or examination device 10 on more than three sides and / or with a central angle of more than 200 °. As a result, these clamping brackets are in contact with the device frame in such a way that the bent ends 21 of the clamping bracket 19, which form latching projections, can also pass through the rotary gap 1d when the device frame is moved. The rotary gap 1d remains between a drive device for rotating the device frame 1a and the device frame 1a itself. The rotary gap 1d can be made comparatively narrow, although the ends 21 can advantageously engage in it without collision, so that the semicircular curved device frame 1a even with the fastening devices 1 mounted , as illustrated in Figures 6 and 7, can be rotated without any problems. The function of the work or examination device 10 is therefore fully guaranteed even when it is covered. FIG. 2 shows a three-dimensional detailed view of a stopper 13 with a fixing surface 15 and a fixing means 17. The fixing means 17 is designed as a rectangular collar of the stopper 13, which is located at the end of a shaft of the stopper 13. The shaft of the stopper 13 can be attached in a recess of the clamping bracket 19, which is not shown in detail in the figures. The recess can be a blind hole, the shaft of the plug 13 being able to be introduced there by means of a press fit. The recess thus forms a seat for the stopper 13. As can be seen in FIG. 2, the shaft can have circumferential ribs which form elastic barbs and which can additionally improve anchoring in the seat. As can be seen in FIG. 3, each of the clamping brackets 19 has a plurality of plugs 13 which are attached to an inside of the respective clamping bracket 19. The collar or the fixing means 17 of the plug 13 is used for the force-fitting and form-fitting fixing of the covering means 11 on the inside of the clamping bracket 19. For this purpose, the covering means 11, which preferably comprises a flexible material 4a such as a film, can not be shown in the figures illustrated breakthrough, for example have a punching. In the assembled state, the opening is penetrated by the stem of the plug. The breakthrough can, however, also only be produced when the stopper is fixed. An upper side of the collar collar or of the fixing means 17 of the plug 13 has the fixing surface 15. In the mounted state shown in FIG. 3, the fixing surface 15 faces the device frame 1 a of the working or examination device 10. More precisely, the fixing surfaces 15 of the respective stoppers 13 are in non-slip contact with a lateral contact surface 3 of the device frame 1a in the state of use. The fixing means 17 of the stopper 13 also forms a support 2 a, which can be placed on the inside of the clamping bracket 19. The covering means 11 or the flexible material 4a of the covering means 11 can be clamped between the support 2a and the inside of the clamping bracket 19 and securely fixed there. FIG. 4 shows a schematic three-dimensional view of a complete sterile cover which is shown in the assembled state in FIGS. 3, 6 and 7 together with the working or examination device 10. It can be seen that the flexible material 4a is connected to a large number of the fastening devices 1 or clamping brackets 19. It is optionally possible to remove the flexible material 4a again by removing the respective stoppers 13 from the respective fastening devices 1 and to replace it with a new flexible material. The plugs 13 and the clamping brackets 19 can therefore optionally be used multiple times. As can be seen in Figures 6 and 7, despite the sterile cover shown in Figure 4, the device frame 1a can be rotated unhindered in the assembled state. The working or examination device 10 or the C-arm X-ray device shown in the figures has a comparatively thin device frame 1a for receiving the camera / image intensifier or upper part 1b and X-ray generator or lower part 1c. For this purpose, a special clamping bracket, shown in FIG. 2, has now been provided by means of the plug 13, which corresponds to the special requirements of the device frame 1a, which is comparatively small in cross section. In summary, the fastening device 1 encompasses the much thinner device frame 1a at least in some areas in a form-fitting manner. The sterile cover shown in Figure 4 can be attached to the device frame 1a with the clamps 19 of the fastening device 1, it being possible to fix the clamps 19 without hindering the facial expressions for adjusting the device frame 1a. For this purpose, the clamping brackets 19 of the fastening device 1 are adapted to the device frame 1a. In particular, the ends 21 of the clamping brackets 19 form the locking projections described above, by means of which the clamping brackets 19 can be locked on the device frame 1a, which is shown in FIG. The shape of the clamping bracket 19 is preferably adapted to the cross section of the device frame 1a. At the same time, the clamps 19 can be secured against slipping. This is done through the stopper 13, more precisely the rubber-like fixing surface 15 of the stopper 13 on an inside of the clamping bracket 19. A corresponding non-slip contact between the respective fixing surfaces 15 of the plugs 13 and the contact surface 3 of the working or examination device 10 can be seen in FIG . The supports 2 a of the fixing means 17 are designed as collar collars of the plugs 13, the plugs 13 being able to be pressed into recesses in the clamping brackets 19. At the same time, by means of the support 2a, they hold the flexible material 4a, which is used for sterile covering of the arched device frame 1a. The plugs 13 can have any elastic, rubber-like and / or slip-resistant material, for example thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), and / or silicone. As a result, the non-slip support 2a, the non-slip fixing surface 15 of the fastening device 1 and / or the press fit of the plug in the clamping bracket 19 can advantageously be provided. The fastening device 1 or the clamping bracket 19 is adapted in its / its shape to the shape of the working or examination device 10 and in particular to the shape of the device frame 1a. In principle, the fastening device 1 serves to fasten a cover film as a cover means 11, that is to say the flexible material 4a, although other materials can also be fixed by such a fastening device 1. Although the most varied areas of application are possible in which it is a matter of attaching cover means 11 to a work or examination device 10, the preferred area of use is the attachment of a cover film as cover means 11 to a C-arm X-ray machine as work or examination device 10.
